Free Workshop 12/14

“Making Strong Decisions and Facilitating Effective Meetings for a Better World”: a free skills-building workshop with David Solnit, long-time movement direct action and organizing trainer.

Participants will learn how to:

• Use modified consensus to make strong, clear, and democratic decisions.

• Facilitate effective, efficient, and participatory meetings, including tools and techniques for addressing common problems.

David most recently worked with the Keystone action committee and 350BayArea. All active members of 350Marin committees are invited to attend.

Following the training there will be a Steering Committee meeting from 12:30 - 1:30. If you're interested in learning more about 350Marin, you're welcome to stay. (Bring a bag lunch.)
