"The Future of Energy" plus Q & A with Filmmakers 3/24

Join 350Marin for this special screening followed by a discussion with the filmmakers.

The Future of Energy is a new documentary that paints a hopeful picture about the renewable energy revolution and what everyday people can do to be part of the solution to climate change. The film focuses on the work being done in the US, particularly in the Bay Area, on renewable energy and how we can get to 100% renewable faster than people think.

The film features interviews with scientists, physicians, community activists, economists, writers and business leaders including: Jeremy Rifkin, Joanna Macy, Bill McKibben, Dr. Jill Stein, and Danny Kennedy of Sungevity.

"100% renewable energy is not a dream. The technology is there. The money is there. We only need the belief and the political will to create this inspiring reality. That’s why The Future of Energy is such an important film." - Jurriaan Kamp, co-founder and editor-in-chief The Intelligent Optimist

Join with your community, here in Marin, and share the filmmakers excitement in what is possible, what is already happening and how we can participate to make it happen even faster.

Doors open at 6:30.  Arrive early for a good seat.

There is a $10 suggested donation. Part of this money will go to help pay production costs for this documentary.

The Future of Energy is about communities getting reconnected to themselves and the land, about a new way of seeing our place on the planet.
