Global Climate March - Marin 11/29

Join us in solidarity with over 2,000 events happening all around the world on Nov. 28-29 in lead up to the Paris COP 21 Climate Summit.  More than ever we need to let the world and our political leaders know we want climate justice--a strong treaty with clear targets, real money and a strong framework to carry action forward.  But Paris is also about people and power, not just polluters and politicians. Come show your support for action on all levels, on all fronts. If people lead, governments will follow.
When:  On Sunday, November 29th, the demonstration at the Hub will be from 11-12 but come early for a short rally in Creek Park, at 10:45 to hear local high school students address their hopes and passions.  A short rally will follow the event as well from 12-12:15, in Creek Park.
